Refunds and cancellation

Day pass

The ₹100 day pass gives access for 24 hours from payment and does not renew. Because access starts immediately, day passes are not refundable once the scanner has been opened. If the payment succeeded but you could not access GammaFlow because of a fault on our side, write to us within 48 hours and we will refund it in full.

Monthly plan

• You can cancel at any time from your account page or by writing to [support email]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds for a partly used month are not given, except where GammaFlow was unavailable for [3] or more full trading days in that month because of a fault on our side.
• If you were charged after cancelling, we refund that charge in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within [5–7] working days.

Delivery

GammaFlow is a digital service delivered online. Access is activated automatically after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
