Terms of service
Last updated [DD Month 2026]. Fill in every highlighted field before going live.
These terms apply to your use of GammaFlow, operated by [Legal entity name] ("we", "us"). By paying for or using GammaFlow you agree to them.
What GammaFlow is
GammaFlow is a market data screener for Indian F&O instruments. It shows live market data and displays calculations such as breadth, open interest build-up, VWAP and order-block zones. It does not place, modify or cancel orders, and it does not manage funds.
Not investment advice
Nothing shown by GammaFlow is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Rankings and zones are the output of fixed calculations on market data and can be wrong or delayed. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. [If you hold SEBI Research Analyst registration, state the registration number and the applicable disclosures here instead.]
Market data
- Market data is included in your plan. You do not need a broker account.
- Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and data-provider outages are outside our control.
Plans and payment
- Free trial: 30 minutes from your first sign-in, once per person. We may refuse trials that look like repeat sign-ups.
- Day pass: ₹100 for 24 hours from successful payment. It does not renew.
- Monthly: ₹5,000 per month, billed through Razorpay, renewing on the billing date until you cancel.
- Access is tied to the email you sign in with and is for one person only.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, share or redistribute access or data, attempt to bypass subscription checks, or use GammaFlow in a way that breaches your broker's terms or the law.
Availability and liability
GammaFlow is provided as is. We aim for it to be available during market hours but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be shown on the site. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [City] having jurisdiction.
